We planned to stay three nights in October 2021, but after two we were so disappointed that we couldn’t stay longer. Booking had been easy, and the place looked impressive on the website, so we’d been looking forward to it. Things got worse after we arrived. We weren’t given the room we had booked. The assigned room couldn’t be used because of a gas leak. The woman there only noticed after we pointed out a strange smell and said we wouldn’t stay in it. She then showed us the room we’d originally booked, and we saw how different it looked in reality. The photos seemed to make the rooms look more than twice as big. That felt like a hoax. The room hadn’t been cleaned, so we complained again. Eventually we got a clean room, but it smelled bad. Breakfast was the one positive. We had booked it with the room, but nobody mentioned we’d have to walk 1.5 km to the connected hotel to get it. Why isn’t that stated on the booking site? The advertised pool was just a concrete hole, and despite searching, we found no garden beside the rooms. This is the worst accommodation we’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. We’ll never come back. It isn’t worth any money.

My reservation was for August 7-14. I tried to cancel after my daughter was hospitalized and was told there’d be a 20% cancellation penalty. Then on the 6th, they charged my card for the full booking amount, which wasn’t right. Now they won’t return the 80%. Crooks.

We stayed in the duplex, with central air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen. It was very comfortable and modern, with a big outdoor terrace that made for lovely summer evenings. The pool was beautiful and well looked after. You’re steps from the town center and about a 15-minute walk from Marina di Orosei. It was far beyond what we’d expected.

We were there in the third week of June 2024. The apartment they gave us smelled damp and wasn’t clean. The A/C didn’t cool the air, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere, so we had to replace it. The property needs better maintenance.
