We had a really peaceful stay in this lovely house of three apartments, set among olive trees. From the upper two apartments there are beautiful views of the sea and mountains, and all you hear nearby are cicadas, with sheep in the distance. It’s great for families or anyone wanting to enjoy nature. The beaches are 5-8 minutes away, there’s a supermarket just 2 minutes away, and Orosei is only five minutes away if you’re after nightlife. The house was clean and well cared for, and the kitchen had the best equipment I’ve ever found in a rental. The owner was wonderful, always friendly and helpful, with recommendations or a hand whenever we needed anything.

At Rustico degli Ulivi, we spent a week at the start of June and felt at home straight away. The apartment sits among olive groves, quiet and removed from the bustle, while Orosei and the beautiful beaches of Sardinia’s east coast are easy to explore by car. We loved unwinding on the terrace in the evenings and looking out at nature. The place is charmingly furnished, very clean, and has what you need for a restful holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would happily come back for the peace, nature, and authentic feel.
