Apartments Cabianchi

The location is convenient and central, and having parking available was a plus. But the apartment's condition and service don't justify the exorbitant price, especially with the additional €35 cleaning fee. We stayed two nights, and there were problems from the start. The power was disconnected when we arrived, the TV couldn't tune into any channels, possibly because the antenna receiver was switched off, and the WiFi was disconnected too. The stairwell lights never worked. We reported that, but nobody came to repair them or even explain what was happening, so we climbed the stairs in the dark throughout our stay. Hot water in the bathroom came and went. There was a German-style hair dryer but no adapter, and we found bits of peeling plaster beside the bedroom nightstand, probably from damp in the apartment. The mattress was very old, and we could feel its springs. We told the people we spoke to about all these issues, but there was no owner or manager available to talk to.
