We’ve been here twice and plan to return. The hosts know their stuff and run a comfortable B&B with two suites. It’s away from the tourist trail, but has plenty of Italian charm and local kindness.

The setup includes a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen stocked with breakfast treats and basic supplies. You’re right beside the hosts. Great location.

We stayed in the turret room and had a lovely panoramic view and complete quiet. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. Tiziana was very kind and helpful, even making us breakfast with fresh pastries despite having work commitments. She also suggested places to eat. Recommended.

The rooms are basic, but have what you need, and there’s easy free parking five minutes away. Management was welcoming, attentive, and very kind. Mrs. Tiziana was always available with advice or anything else. The highway is nearby, making this a strategic location. Highly recommended for visiting Tuscia and Rome.
