We couldn’t fit in time to enjoy the spa, but hope we can come back. The restaurant deserves a special mention, every meal we had was fantastic. Alpenheim Hotel was a great base in Ortisei, with friendly, helpful staff and a clean, comfortable room with a lovely balcony view. The location made it easy to stroll into the pedestrian area for shops and restaurants, and they gave us a bus pass for exploring farther afield. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The spa, with its sauna and steam room, was a lovely way to relax after a day exploring. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The staff were excellent too. We loved staying here, it made a perfect base for seeing the mountains and town.

We spent six days at AlpenHeim in September and loved this fabulous spa hotel. The staff were among the friendliest and most accommodating we’ve met. It’s a quiet area, close to trails and lifts, and the hotel views are wonderful. We really liked the food, especially the butter served every evening with dinner. If you’re visiting Ortisei-Val Gardena, this is the place. We’ll be back.

The hotel has a breathtaking view, two wonderful pools, and a very luxurious spa included in the stay. The rooms are comfortable and new, and they’ve thought through even the smallest details. Service was amazing, and breakfast was great.

A horrible experience. During my stay, I found my personal hairdryer placed inside the bidet by the housekeeper. That was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Even if it was a mistake, it showed a serious lack of respect and basic awareness of hygiene. Please train your staff properly. Guests should never have to deal with this.
