Breakfasts were superb, and we loved how easy it was to reach the town center, restaurants, pool, sauna, and other spots. The lifts are a short walk away. Great hotel and service.

The balcony was the best part, with a lovely view to take in. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotless, and the hotel itself was clean and right in the center of Ortisei. Free parking made things easy, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting.

The staff were the real standout, though there was plenty to like across the board: comfortable rooms, all the facilities, the pool and spa, and a great location. Breakfast and the five-course dinner were both excellent. What have I left out?!

I’ll always be grateful that I got to visit this beautiful part of Italy. The restaurant was amazing and breakfast was brilliant, while the staff were so kind and friendly. A wonderful experience all around. Couldn’t have asked for more 🇮🇹🇦🇺

The spa was a beautiful place to unwind in the mountains, and the bartender made me a fresh, delicious basil cocktail. We also loved the five-course dinners, just 30 euros per person for hotel guests, and they were our favourite meals in Italy. Service was excellent, with thoughtful little touches and piping hot coffee. We booked based on the reviews and were glad we did. I’d recommend it to friends and family and hope to come back.
