Apartments Rezia

The lady was very friendly, and the apartment was nice, but you have to be able to manage 50 steps. I wouldn’t recommend it for older people. I didn’t sleep well because the bed was very narrow, the duvet was too short, and the pillows were tiny. The second bedroom was also very small, and its bunk bed was short and narrow, with a duvet and pillows that were too small. For around €3500, that didn’t feel good. I’ve stayed in places for half the price that were bigger and even had two bathrooms. We won’t return.

The owner was very rude and never told us there were three flights of stairs. She charged €40 in tourist tax, although it wasn’t due because two children under 11 were staying, and she refuses to refund it. The internet never worked, and both the bed and sofa were extremely uncomfortable. We’re still waiting for the receipt for the cash we paid and for the refund of the extra amount that wasn’t due.

The beds were comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious, carefully designed, and had everything we needed. It’s centrally located near the ski slopes, with a supermarket downstairs, which was really handy. I was there with friends and our two dogs. Romina was incredibly kind and helpful. She even helped me a lot when I got into trouble after losing my phone in the snow. We’ll definitely be back.

We’ve been staying here once or twice a year for six years now, and there’s a reason we keep coming back. Franz and Romina are truly wonderful people, and the two apartments are beautiful and right in the center of lovely Ortisei. When we visit Ortisei, this is where we’ll stay. We’ll be back!
