Caroline was very responsive throughout our stay, available in person and on WhatsApp whenever we had questions. We hadn’t realized check-in closed at 7 pm, and our train was badly delayed, but she kindly met us after 9. The apartment was perfect for our three nights in Ortisei in mid-December: modern, newly updated, clean, and a few minutes’ walk from the town center. Two bathrooms, a spacious garage, and on-site laundry for a fee were all very convenient. We’d gladly stay again.

We appreciated being able to do laundry on site for a small fee, and the apartment was modern and clean. It was thoughtfully laid out, with a comfortable room and great cooking utensils. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of both cable cars and town. Caroline was such a lovely, friendly, and helpful host. She made our stay memorable, and this was our favorite place on the trip. We’d recommend it!

A quiet spot within walking distance of the city centre, with a huge garden where you can relax or play table tennis. The apartment is spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, and a neat, comfortable bedroom.

We spent three wonderful nights at residence Magdalena, easily the best place we stayed during our month in Italy. Caroline welcomed us warmly and was kind, friendly, and full of useful information. Our room faced the mountains, with a cable car my son especially loved, and sitting on the bench with a coffee and that view was truly relaxing. It was only a few minutes’ walk to Ortisei downtown or the lift station, and basement parking was very easy when driving. The room was well furnished, with so many functional details you’d typically find in a high class hotel in the US.

The flat is right in the centre of Ortisei and has everything you need, including a lift, transportation card, and dishwasher. We had a somewhat late check-in, and our friend needed to leave luggage at the hotel for a day. Caroline was extremely helpful throughout our lovely stay.
