Villa Hubertus is a lovely base in Ortisei. The apartment was roomy, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views of the town and mountains from the sun room and balconies. Gerald was a pleasure to stay with, so welcoming and kind. Getting to the center is easy via the free covered escalator.

I’d think twice before booking here. I paid the deposit, but it took them nine days to acknowledge receiving it, and with my stay getting close, I booked another apartment. When I asked them to return the deposit, they said the booking was confirmed by it. Their website says a reservation only becomes binding after they receive the deposit and send written confirmation by email. Be aware, they won’t refund your deposit under any circumstances.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic, with a wonderful view and just a short walk to Ortisei’s main town. The owner was kind and hospitable, and gave us bus passes for the week as well as swimming and sauna passes. When we checked out, he gave us a thoughtful gift that delighted my son. Very good quality for a reasonable price, and highly recommended.

The pool was great for recovering, and both pool access and a bus ticket were provided free. The hosts were kind, the room super clean, and the location really good. Everything was perfect. I’ll definitely visit again and strongly recommend it!

Mr Gerald was always happy to help with anything we needed and was very kind. We had an amazing stay, with a fabulous view and a great location near the center of Ortisei. I’d recommend this lovely place without hesitation.
