Lucia was incredibly helpful, and we loved staying at her place. The apartment was quiet, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Even the practical touches were covered, like somewhere to hang clothes to dry, plus books and toys for our toddler. It was better than we expected, and we highly recommend it.

Lucia was a lovely host, even waiting for us when we arrived late. The location was wonderful, and the place was very clean. We had a really pleasant stay and would highly recommend it.

We loved being right in the middle of a small Italian town, with everything close by. One evening, we stepped outside and saw a wedding emerging from the beautiful cathedral across the street. The apartment had a great layout, with a separate living area and bedroom, so one of us could sleep in or nap without disturbing the other. It was a good size for shopping locally, and Ortona has wonderful wine, cheese, meat, and homemade bread. During the heat wave, the air conditioning worked very well, and the washing machine was much appreciated. Lucia checked in regularly to see that we were comfortable. She offered to pick us up from the Ortona train station and other places, and when we left, she drove us and our luggage to where my daughter was staying. At checkout she gave us a lovely note and a souvenir. If I come back next summer, I'll stay here again. The location, amenities, and apartment size are probably the best in Ortona.
