La Terrazza sul Borgo

It was okay.

Everything was self-contained, with the key waiting in a combination lockbox by the door. The property is beautifully done inside, and my room was lovely and clean. It's also in a strategic spot just a few kilometers from Ortona. The room felt chic, the bathroom was perfect, and housekeeping came through and tidied everything. Still, I don't get why some B&Bs don't serve breakfast. That would be the real highlight, since it's a bed and breakfast. Aside from that, I give the place full marks.

After long travels, getting to relax here was a blessing. The owners are wonderful and helpful, and they're the same people who run another B&B where we'd already had a great stay. I liked this one even more, especially because it's tucked into a little alleyway, which I love. It was extremely clean, warm, and felt like home. The owner is a lovely person. Three more 🌟. Thank you.

Well, 0 stars wasn't an option, so I gave one. The bathroom was unbelievably filthy. I wish I'd taken photos before I had to clean it myself. There were brown, gelatinous drops of urine on the rim that looked like they'd been there for who knows how long, black hairs in the bed, and what looked like animal poop by the wall. I didn't dare touch the towels after that. I wouldn't recommend this place, even for free!
