Everything was perfect in this beautiful, well-organized place, right in the center and within walking distance of everything. The only downside was the busy road below, even late at night.

We barely needed to cook since eating out was so easy, and the boiler kept hot water going for everyone. The place was quaint and really clean. Our host was kind and helpful, and worked out the price with us since the two couples were staying on different nights. A coffee maker or kettle would've been nice, but we'll be back!

Such a quaint, clean apartment, with everything we needed. We were welcomed right on time and got helpful assistance. Great location, too.

The apartment looked lovely at first, but there was no hot water for showers, and it was very dusty, especially the upholstery. The closet and furnishings could really use a vacuum now and then. After I posted the feedback Booking.com asks guests for, the host contacted me privately and told us to “stay home because we have a lot of problems.” That was extremely rude. Politeness should be a given. He also doesn't seem to know what a receipt is.

Clean and warm, and just about on Piazza della Repubblica. A lovely base for seeing Orvieto.
