The spot is really handy, with a mini market close by that has pretty much everything. The main supermarket isn't much farther on foot, either. We stayed on the ground floor, which stayed cool, so we barely used the air conditioning, though it worked well. Everything was clean and good quality, and the bed was the most comfortable we've had in six weeks in Italy. After we checked out and realized we'd left my husband's hat, the owner replied quickly to my text and we met up soon after to get it back.

Orvieto was easy to explore from this location, but the apartment had an unbearable musty smell to me. I also noticed a little dust on the closet shelves, and it was noisy. I waited more than 15 minutes outside with my bags, unable to park, before the owner arrived. After I called twice, she said she'd be there in two minutes. The greeting felt rushed, and she wasn't available to suggest places to visit. When I asked where to eat, she said the food was good everywhere. For what you get, the price was too high. I left dissatisfied.

Great value for the price. The apartment was very clean and large, with all the appliances, plus air conditioning and heating. Piazza della Repubblica is just a short walk away.

Silvia was so courteous, beyond what we expected. The apartment is centrally located in Orvieto, with a comfortable, well-arranged interior and excellent cleanliness. It felt like an original and comfortable place to stay.
