It’s a wonderful place to stay, and I’d come back. The old city is right around you, with restaurants and shops a few blocks’ walk away, and the hotel is literally in the shadow of the Duomo. The staff were all super nice, helpful and kind. I gave it 4 rather than 5 because it isn’t quite as luxurious as hotels in some major metropolitan areas. That’s just the comparison I’m making.

The breakfast was delicious, with a great range of choices, and the staff made our stay even better. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel Duomo is right in the heart of Orvieto, close to everything we wanted to see. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

The location is ideal, and our stay at Hotel Duomo was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent, and Massimo makes a first-rate cappuccino. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room’s sound insulation could be better, but otherwise we really enjoyed our time there.

We couldn’t find parking when we arrived, but a quick call to the hotel got us directions to a spot right away, which helped a lot. We appreciated the kind assistance. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable for relaxing, and the staff are friendly.

My son and I stayed at Hotel Duomo for a night so I could show him one of my favorite Italian towns. The hotel is perfectly located, right across from the Duomo and close to everything. Since we had a car, parking was very convenient. Breakfast was very good, and when I accidentally left something in the room, the hotel contacted me within a couple of hours and will ship it to my home. The service, location and staff were exceptional. I only wish we could have stayed longer in this gem of a city.
