The host was incredibly helpful. He even drove ahead of us so we could follow him to the city parking, where he gave us a card for his prepaid, reserved spot, which let us park for free. The apartment itself was great, with big rooms, comfy beds, a very clean interior, and a well-equipped kitchen. There’s also a small terrace looking out over the surrounding hills, and the city is just a couple of minutes away by car.

The only thing we missed was a family outdoor dining area. Otherwise, it was a great stay. The apartment is on the first floor, has a good amount of space, and is equipped with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the views of Ovieto from both balconies, and the complimentary parking in the city centre car park was handy. Guilio was a wonderful host, and you won’t be disappointed.

The owner was so friendly and helpful, and we felt right at home in the house. Out of all the places we stayed during our holiday in Italy, this was our clear favourite.

The street is very quiet and has lots of cats, which made the setting feel especially peaceful. Giulio also gives guests a parking pass that lets them drive right into the center. The house was comfortable, clean, and orderly, with a long list of amenities, and Giulio's kindness and helpfulness really stayed with us. We truly felt at home. Thanks, Giulio, see you soon!

Mr. Giulio made this a wonderful experience from every angle. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and has all the comforts you need. They also provide a free parking card for Orvieto. I’d highly recommend staying with him. Try it and see!
