Mr. Evasio was so kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. There was water, a bottle of white wine, and a bowl of fresh fruit from the garden waiting in the fridge. The place is wonderfully quiet and spotless, and our room was comfortable with all the useful things you need, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, and even an iron. We really enjoyed the pool, especially its salt water purification system. The location also works well for visiting tourist spots such as Orvieto. We’ll definitely come back!

Mr. Evasio's hospitality is just top notch. The place itself has a kind of peace that's hard to put into words. I’ll share a photo of how warmly he welcomed us. Definitely somewhere I’d like to return to.

We spent the afternoons relaxing by the clean pool, even though we went out to see a different place each day. The apartments were clean and well looked after, with barbecue facilities and both indoor and outdoor stoves. It’s peaceful countryside, but still has all the comforts.

I stayed three nights, and the location, cleanliness, and friendly service were all great. The rooms have everything you need and work for up to three people. It’s a lovely setting for unwinding and enjoying the Umbrian countryside. The only sad part is that the holidays have to end. I’d definitely recommend it.

The family who run the place were really kind and helpful, and the house has all the comforts. I stayed for a week and found it a great base for visiting places in Lazio and Tuscany. The pool was always in great shape, clean and sanitized. I’d recommend staying here, you won’t regret it. ❤️
