The house is cozy, with nice rooms, though the bathroom, living room, and terrace are shared with the other guests. The little kitchen has what you need for breakfast. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and beautiful Orvieto is close.

Cristina was always available and ready to help with requests, and was so kind and considerate. The apartment is new and well equipped, breakfast is included, and there’s convenient parking. It also has a special agreement with a nearby restaurant. The place is pleasant and the food is really delicious, especially the pizza. Highly recommended.

Casa Robinia is an apartment you can rent in full or in part, with kitchen use included. It isn’t a hotel or a B&B. Breakfast is easy to prepare with the wide range of packaged items, coffee machine, kettle, and microwave. There’s also a large terrace overlooking the park, a peaceful spot to enjoy breakfast.

The rooms are large, and the location is handy for transit stops and close to the highway, though it’s 7 kilometers from Orvieto. Parking is unattended, the neighbors were noisy, and there was no human contact at all. The cups, kitchen, and bathroom were only relatively clean, and breakfast was approximate.
