Driving here means parking in the paid lot at the bottom of the city. The two-bedroom unit has a queen bed in one room and bunk beds in the other, though that second room is very small, not even as wide as a queen bed. There’s plenty of equipment, and the kitchen and dining area are really big. It was clean and comfortable, and gave us the feeling of living in medieval times. Loved it.

The owners were kind and helpful, and the house was clean, well equipped and had a lovely view over the rooftops. It’s in Orvieto’s historic center, just a few minutes from the lifts connected to the Boario - Campo della Fiera parking lot. It’s also not far from the Chiesa di San Giovenale. That church may be less well known than some of Orvieto’s other historic sights, but it’s certainly worth a visit.

There were ten of us, and we were given two lovely apartments. Both were spotless and had all the comforts we needed, and the staff were friendly and kind. They even suggested restaurants they knew, where we had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this place for the owners’ friendliness.
