The easy parking, perfect location, and exceptional staff all made this hotel fantastic. Breakfast was amazing every day. My only disappointment was that we didn’t stay longer.

The location is great, and the staff were helpful and friendly, but the price left me underwhelmed. The room felt dated and dark, and the air conditioning was too weak for summer. Breakfast was the biggest letdown: scrambled eggs sat out for hours without being replenished. They eventually made us fresh boiled eggs, but that should really be standard. For what it costs, expect basic accommodation.

We loved Orvieto, and this unusual little hotel was one of our favorite stops in Italy. It's spotless, and everyone working there was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including pastries, eggs, and meats, plus excellent coffee. There's some street noise, which makes sense in a medieval city. We use a white noise app on our phone, and that helped. People who appreciate a beautiful small town will enjoy this special place, though it may not suit everyone used to chain hotels in cities.
