Breakfast in the garden was spectacular, and Mara welcomed us with an unexpected welcome drink. She's a very kind, attentive host. We stayed in a beautiful modern apartment, spacious and furnished with great taste and care. The property is in a lovely spot near Orvieto, about a 10-minute drive away, and well placed for exploring the area.

We had an excellent stay! It's a quiet area and easy to find, well placed for visiting both Orvieto and Civita di Bagnoregio. The room and bathroom were clean, practical, and just like the photos, so you won't be disappointed. Breakfast was generous and had a good selection. There's parking at the property as well as a short walk away, and Wi-Fi is available.

We only had a short stay, which was a shame, and we'll be back. The room was simple and comfortable, and everything was clean. Eliva welcomed us like family. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, served in the outdoor garden with birds singing. It's a beautiful place in the hills around Orvieto, and we definitely recommend it.

The breakfast was excellent, and the owner was lovely. This beautiful B&B in the hills near Orvieto has a breathtaking view. The rooms were spotless and well organized, while the bathroom was spacious and modern, with a nice big shower. We'll definitely return to explore more of Umbria.

The apartment was just right for us, clean, tastefully furnished, and equipped with everything needed for a good vacation. I was very satisfied. It's set among the green Umbrian hills near Orvieto and also very close to Bagnoregio, a great base if you have a car.
