That breakfast was unforgettable, and we lost track of time over it while discovering beautiful Orvieto. We even put on weight! 😅 From the moment we arrived by car, the hostess was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, the sort of kindness money can't buy. The place felt like an elegant, antique family home, richly furnished and spotless, with a lovely scent and breathtaking views. The large room and bathroom had an antique style but still had the comforts we might need, including mosquito nets, a TV, hair dryer, and air conditioning, which we didn't use at all. The location is central, just steps from the Duomo and everything else. It was furnished just the way I'd like my own home. What else could I say? Everything was perfect from arrival to checkout. Thank you so much ❤️

The hostess was incredibly courteous and kind, and even helped us find parking nearby. This B&B is so beautiful and well kept that a few words don't do it justice. Whenever we come back to Orvieto, we'll stay here again.

We stayed only one night, but it was enough to know we'd book this B&B again if we return to Orvieto. The owner was so kind, reserved parking right beside our room, and even made up a crib for our daughter. The location is ideal, just a few minutes' walk from the center. Everything was spotless, the room and bathroom included, and breakfast had a great range of delicious choices. I'd recommend it for families with children too.

Only 300 meters from the Duomo, and the lady even arranged free parking for us in a small square beside the property. Her kindness and courtesy are hard to come by. The old building has beautiful period furnishings, a large bathroom, and a roomy breakfast area overlooking the Orvieto hills. Wonderful accommodation, just like its owner. Thank you again.
