10/10
Osimo has plenty going on, with cultural events and entertainment, and the apartment made a lovely place to stay. It was quiet, nicely furnished, and had all the comforts we needed. Paolo and Elvira also own a delicatessen just a few steps away, where we picked up dinner on the evenings we didn't eat at a restaurant. I'd definitely recommend it.

We had a perfect stay in Osimo. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, with the city center an easy walk away. Paolo and Elvira were really helpful. Their supermarket is close by too, and worth a visit for the local cheeses and other specialties.

We used the apartment as a quiet base for exploring the Conero Riviera, and had a wonderful time. Paolo was so kind, and his well-stocked shop is only a few meters away. The place itself is comfortable, thoughtfully laid out, and furnished with taste.
