Hotel Crivi's

Our flight was delayed, so we checked in at 1 a.m. The desk staff were still really helpful and friendly. The rooms were a decent size and very clean, and breakfast was great. Good location for visiting Milan.

The breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were excellent. I’ve just stayed here for the fifth time. It’s a well located hotel with good value, even if it’s a little dated.

We visited Milan on Saturday, August 19, 2023. Parking at the hotel costs around €30 a day, and the hotel advised us to leave the car on the roadside on Sunday because they said parking there was free that day. When we came back on Monday, we found the car had been fined. On November 24, 2025, we received a €44 ticket from the Italian traffic department for parking there on Sunday. This is really bad. Please don’t park on the roadside even if the hotel tells you to.

The fruit platter was very good, and the hotel is close to downtown. The rest of the stay was a shock. I paid €564 per night plus tax, but there was no drinking water in the room and no kettle or water heater for making tea, coffee, or boiling water. The doors were so difficult to open that I saw one guest struggling with one, and the TV was tiny, like something for a village hotel. At that price I expected comfort, quality, and basic amenities. Instead, it felt like corners were being cut while luxury rates were charged. Please check Google for room rates in Nepal, where tourists get full value for their money. This was insulting as well as inconvenient. Milan has plenty of good hotels that value their guests, and this isn’t one of them. If you care about your money and comfort, stay away. It’s a disgrace to Milan’s hospitality scene.
