We had a positive stay in a charming, quiet residence. Our apartment was nice and clean, with almost everything we needed. Even when it was hot, opening the windows was enough to keep us comfortable. It seemed very safe, though the doors could be better. The sea nearby is rocky, with cliffs for swimming, and there's also a pool and a small soccer field. For sandy beaches, you'll need to do some research. The location works well by car, about 30 minutes from Polignano, 10 from Ostuni, and an hour from Bari and other places. Quiet groups of friends should be fine here, but noisy groups might not enjoy it. It's very peaceful, and there's little nightlife in town. Next door, the "Sea e Morsea" restaurant serves vegan sandwiches and good fried food. There's also a small supermarket with various items and some vegan options, a bakery, a grill restaurant, a tobacconist, and a bar. I'd recommend this residence in Villanova if you're driving.

The owner, Mr. Sasso, was incredibly helpful, and we had a great stay. It’s a clean, peaceful residential complex with the sea just a few steps away. ST stands for Santo Tracia.

It’s a very quiet place to stay, and the setting in Villanova is lovely, with several large villas around a roomy courtyard. You can walk to pretty much everything, including the large, well-equipped Kios pool, shops, bakeries, butchers, bars, fishmongers, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, and a hairdresser. The downside is that the green area has neither benches nor a playground for children.

It’s family-friendly, and owners pay reasonable condominium fees. There isn’t much in the way of shared facilities now: just the pine grove, while the soccer field is a distant memory. The roads are in poor condition.

Francesco is a friendly host, and the price is good for what you get. The residence is quiet and right in central Villanova. The place is simple but clean, with the comforts you need, including a Nespresso machine, washing machine, and kitchenette. I’d recommend it.
