Da Nenè Apartment by Wonderful Italy

We contacted the host as soon as we saw the state of the apartment, explaining that the mold and dust posed serious allergy risks for our children. We asked urgently for a refund or another place to stay and offered to send photos. There was no reply at all. More than two weeks later, we still haven’t heard a word. The apartment is managed by Wonderful Italy, and the lack of even basic customer care after taking our money was irresponsible and disgraceful. We had to scramble to find somewhere else at the last minute because the Wi-Fi didn’t work either. The place was dark, dirty, musty, and clearly neglected. It looked nothing like the photos or description. The air was full of mold and dust, the furniture was old and coming apart, and the apartment felt unhealthy and unsafe. This was by far our worst booking experience on this platform. It shouldn’t be listed on Booking.com in its current state. The property is misrepresented and unsafe, and I’d avoid it and Wonderful Italy at all costs.
