The bed was noisy and the sheets were stained, so from the first night we couldn’t sleep properly. The drawers smelled musty, and we also found dust and dirty dishes. That was part of a broader lack of preparation, not just a small missed check. We booked for four, but there were only enough dishes for three. The cookware was moldy and unusable, and even after I cleaned thoroughly, the drawers stayed unusable throughout our stay. I had planned this August 10-17, 2025 holiday with my daughters and granddaughter for a long time. My granddaughter and I noticed something bothering us in the bed that first night. After putting up with it for three nights, I shook out and remade the sheets in the morning, then stripped the bed that night and found what I thought were bedbugs. We called Mrs. Antonella, the manager. She said it was the eve of Ferragosto (August 15th), that as Italians we knew nothing could be found, and that we’d interrupted her evening. She said she answered because she’d seen so many calls. She left us in that desperate situation. The offer to move us elsewhere didn’t resolve the problems, and the calls brought no immediate solution. We cut the holiday short and left at once. I came home bitter, feeling we’d been treated like cattle crammed into makeshift stables. I urge people to avoid this property and all the properties managed by Mrs. Antonella. My lawyer has been informed, and a video complaint edited by a local journalist known for defending citizens and tourists will be released soon. In response to Mrs. Antonella’s statements, I want to clarify what happened for future guests. The photos show suspicious stains on the mattress and sheets, which we initially thought might be bedbugs. We took our pet to the vet immediately out of concern, and the vet ruled out parasites or infestation. That doesn’t make the condition of the mattress and sheets acceptable for a hospitality business. We never denied bringing the pet. We pointed out that the accommodation wasn’t adequate, even though the property says it’s pet-friendly. We never asked for money in exchange for a positive review. The allegation that I threatened a negative review is unfounded and defamatory. I reported what I experienced and documented, and took the same precaution in consulting the vet. Guests have the right to share their findings, and the property should be able to accept constructive criticism without harmful insinuations. Best regards, Angela Conteddu

We’ve just arrived for a three-day stay. The place looks nice, clean, and well kept, and Antonella has been very kind. What we found matches the description, and there are several free and paid parking areas nearby. We’ll be out exploring the city starting tomorrow.

I’d recommend this place for both the location and the accommodation. It was very well maintained, and the host was so kind. I’m sharing a little photo of one lovely corner, but the whole house was just as beautiful. Thanks again!

The staff were very attentive, and I’d happily return. Thanks to Antonella and everyone else. See you again soon!
