We loved the pool, the lush grounds, and the beautiful breakfast buffet. We also had dinner from the vegetarian Puglian tasting menu, and it was wonderful. Do dine at the restaurant. Our huge balcony was a favourite, with lovely sunset views over the pool and olive trees. Ask for room 31 if you can. This is such a gorgeous place, chic and modern, with five-star service and beautiful surroundings. I don't think I'll ever get over how beautiful it is. The best and most beautiful Masseria in Puglia!

My spouse and I stayed at your resort during our honeymoon and also ate at the on-site restaurant. The staff were exceptionally kind, and the thoughtful attention we received as honeymoon guests made our stay more enjoyable. We appreciated the resort overall and might consider coming back, but what happened at the restaurant has made us hesitant to dine there again, despite the good food. One female staff member, with thick-rimmed glasses and her hair in a ponytail, seemed to treat us differently from other guests. She personally offered after-meal drinks to others, but when we asked if coffee or dessert drinks were available, we were told there were none. Then the bill charged us €14 for a glass of wine we'd ordered at €7. I don't necessarily think it was discrimination, but it was upsetting and left a bad impression on an otherwise enjoyable stay. This was our first time in Puglia, though we've travelled to Italy many times, so the treatment from that particular staff member was especially disheartening. I'm writing to share what happened and to kindly ask for an apology. I hope the feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

The hotel is beautiful and peaceful, and the restaurant food was delicious. Breakfast had wonderful options too. My mother and I stayed here for part of our vacation, and everything was excellent. I can't wait to return someday.

We had a lovely stay at Masseria Le Carrube. The vegetarian tasting menu was a favourite, and we also enjoyed the pool lunch menu and pizzeria. The rooms and pool area are gorgeous. Staff were consistently attentive and kind, and they accommodated my allergies with impeccable service. An Italian dream!

Our family suite, number 16, worked perfectly for two adults and two young kids, and housekeeping was amazing. Everyone on staff was wonderful. Federica at reception was especially helpful with suggestions for places and restaurants to visit. We loved our stay at Masseria Le Carrube and can't think of a single thing to complain about. Thank you!
