I went on the tour, and the history and beauty of this place are top-notch. Seeing it and being there made my life better. The extra virgin olive oil is among the five best I’ve ever tasted. Go and enjoy.

We really enjoyed the tour of this olive oil farm. Our host shared lots about local olive oil history, the trees, and much more. The tasting at the end was superb!

The tour ended with a delicious tasting and a clear explanation of how true extra virgin olive oil differs from supermarket imitations. We also heard about the emerging disease threatening the craft, the trees, and their millennia-old heritage. Before that, we walked among 1,000-year-old olive trees and learned about wild plants in the area, from prunes and figs to cacti. We visited both ancient and modern olive mills and heard about the traditions and techniques behind production. It’s a great way to spend two hours, with the chance to buy quality oil at very fair prices.

A fantastic olive grove tour. Our guide knew so much and shared explanations and history as we went. There were plenty of other plants too, including vines and figs. The small tasting was lovely. Absolutely fantastic!
