Primo Ostuni Hotel

My husband and I came to Puglia for my niece's wedding last Saturday. We stayed elsewhere, but some of my family were at Primo Hotel in Ostuni, so we went to see them. Nicoletta, Claudia, Martina, and Christian were especially kind, friendly, professional, and helpful. They gave us information we needed, and Nicoletta even helped me find a hairdresser near our accommodation before the wedding. Whatever we asked, they helped with a smile. The team really lifted our holiday, especially Leonardo and Claudia at reception, and Mino, Agnes, and Milena at breakfast. They were amazing and so helpful. We spent five nights at Hotel Primo in Ostuni and had a wonderful stay. It's a beautiful, modern new hotel, a short walk from the historic centre. Breakfast was great too. I'd absolutely recommend it.

The staff were the highlight, all so friendly and helpful. We had a spacious, clean, comfortable room with a small balcony and lovely views towards the Adriatic. The breakfast buffet had a great range of food. It's a lovely hotel in a great spot, with a short, level walk to the old town. If we come back to Ostuni, we'll stay here again.

Claudia was a gem. She offered to call around about an olive grove tour, then had arranged one that fit our schedule by the next time we saw her. Everyone we met was warm and helpful, including with restaurant and local attraction suggestions. We also looked forward to Val's cheerful “Bon Giorono!” each morning. We stayed three nights at Primo Ostuni during a two-week wedding anniversary trip and didn't want to leave. The breakfast had something for everyone, with a beautiful view over the top of Ostuni and the sea. The hotel feels welcoming throughout, and our room was so clean and well cared for it felt like we were the first guests. The whole place seems new, is beautifully designed, and is polished and comfortable. It's right by Ostuni's “old” city centre, with a view of the white city on the hill. The location, stylish rooms, clean surroundings, helpful service, breakfast, and views made this a special stay.
