Luxury house Vista d'Ostuni

We felt looked after throughout our stay, and the staff made it especially memorable for our kids. We genuinely looked forward to seeing everyone each day. A big thank you to Viviana, Umberto, and Valeria at reception, Valentino at the bar, and Mary, Tania, Pasquale, and Giuseppe at the restaurant for being so kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everyone went above and beyond. We’d love to come back, and we can’t recommend the hotel enough.

The architecture and views over Ostuni City were hard to beat, and we’d happily return. Vista Ostuni was the final three-night stop on our two-week Italy trip, where we stayed only at five-star hotels. It was just the second week after opening, so it felt as though we had the place to ourselves, with staff regularly checking that we were all right. There were still a few opening issues: the rooftop pool and spa weren’t open yet. The main pool was so striking and unique that we didn’t mind. We were moved to a bi-level suite as a thank-you for putting up with some of those issues. The drink-making class was a 10/10, and the restaurant tasting menu was just as good. We left completely full after one of our best meals in Italy. The only letdown was the massage, which wasn’t great because of the masseuse, rather than anything to do with the hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the whole place had a lovely atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay, with everything better than we expected. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile.

We spent an unforgettable week at Vista Ostuni with the family. I know most of the luxury hotels around here, but nothing else in Puglia compares for me. The location is unique, and the building’s architecture and interior design are stunning. The common areas, including the pool and restaurants, are spacious and elegant. Our room was beautifully designed, with excellent bedding and a bed, and everything seemed carefully considered down to the smallest detail. The staff were always kind and attentive. The concierge and housekeeping teams went above and beyond to make our stay feel perfect. We also tried the gourmet fine dining restaurant, which was excellent. I can’t think of anything quite like it in the region. We had such a great time that I’m sure we’ll return, mainly for the hotel itself.
