Oscar, the owner, and Laura were both kind and helpful. We found the room spacious and clean, and had a wonderful two-night stay. It’s right in the center, just steps from the castle, so getting around the city was easy. There are blue parking spaces nearby and several lots with a fixed overnight rate.

We’ve just come back from a week in Otranto. The apartment was spotless and very well kept, with air conditioning in every room. It’s in the heart of the historic center, and the sea is about a five-minute walk away. Laura and Oscar were lovely and always ready to help whenever we needed something.

The new building is clean and in a good location, but sleeping was difficult. The skylights let in a lot of light from dawn, along with the open door and windows. The bed is also short, and my feet hung over the end at 1.82 m tall. I think a good night's sleep and comfort should be a priority. I’d suggest lowering the price at least.

The owner was very kind, and the apartment was nicely furnished, with a new bathroom and a small outdoor terrace with a hot tub. It’s on the ground floor, has no windows, and is a short walk from the center and beaches. But it was too damp for me. There were mold stains on the walls even though they’d been painted. The place would have been fine for our Otranto vacation if it weren’t for that dampness.
