AgriCampeggio Darwin

We spent two nights here in September with our tent and had a splendid time. Andrea gave us good advice on where to go depending on the wind. There were cats around the site, which we enjoyed, and a nice shared area with hammocks.

Andrea was very welcoming and even made the necessary phone calls to ask about nearby activities. The shared areas have a really cozy feel, and I’d love to come back with friends and spend more time in the hammocks. It’s a lovely campsite under the olive trees, with the peace and quiet of Salento, apart from the occasional curious kitten. The bathroom facilities could use an update.

I love the place, the host, and the family. In winter the nature is beautifully lit and colorful, and in summer there’s shade under the trees. The accommodation is cared for and clean, with an informal atmosphere and a real nature feel. There are tiny little houses too. And then there’s garfield, the red cat....

This has been a special experience for me. The people make you feel like family, and I’m in love with everything here. It’s a place to rest and reconnect with yourself, with cities full of history to see nearby. Go if you can. I recommend it.
