We arrived on a Saturday in the late afternoon without a prior booking, but the very friendly owners welcomed us warmly. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good shower. The place is just steps from the historic center, yet the street is calm and quiet. Breakfast in their kitchen was delicious and welcoming. Highly recommend.

The people were friendly, and the historic center is very close. Parking can be a hassle, and the bathroom isn’t in the room.

The owner was rude when I raised the problems, and she didn’t give me a receipt for the payment. My bedroom smelled of smoke and was poorly heated, and I didn’t sleep either night. Only at the end of the stay did the owner admit that smokers had used the room and that she’d sprayed a lot of perfume on the duvet to mask it. The scent was unbearable, so I took the duvet off and could smell the smoke. I had to leave the window open while the radiator was off.

Luisella makes you feel at home, and the service is excellent. The breakfast was excellent too. The historic center is really just steps away. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended.

We were the only guests at the end of March, and it was quite cold. We tried setting the air conditioning to 25 degrees Celsius, but the room never warmed up. We had to sleep with extra blankets because they apparently didn’t want to turn on the heating for us, even just for one night.
