The staff were friendly, and both breakfast and dinner were fine. The village is a 15-minute walk away. My standard room felt dark and crowded with furniture. The bathroom was roomy, but the shower and especially its entrance were small. From the balcony I faced an apartment building. The hotel is full of winding paths and corridors, and there are a great many steps. I wouldn't expect that from a four-star spa hotel.

The location is handy, about a 15-minute walk to the port and old town through the back gate. Our ground-floor room opened toward the pool, which has a lovely view, is 1.6m deep and includes a small jacuzzi corner. Rooms come with a terrace or balcony and are roomy and well equipped, with a little fridge, kettle and safe. The bathroom had a large shower. Breakfast had a great selection and the coffee service was excellent. There was a pool party on Friday and live music on Sunday and Wednesday. You can rent city bikes for €10 a day. It's a stylish, modern hotel.

The outdoor pool was lovely, and the hotel was very well cared for. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Otranto's old town, though the hill could be difficult if walking is a challenge. A great place to stay.

The pool is deep, 1.6m all around, and town is only a quick walk away. Bikes are available to rent for ten euros a day. It would be nice to have a games room with snooker or ping pong.

The restaurant service deserves five stars, and breakfast was great. The rooms are nice too. I just don't understand the glass bathroom doors: they won't even close, and you can see straight through them, so there's no privacy. The place is very nice and about a 15-minute walk down the road from Otranto.
