The views are wonderful, and the rooms feel cozy and really nicely kept. A great place to stay.

Really expensive for what you get, and absolutely not worth it. The place was very dirty, with bare walls, and the air conditioning barely worked. You even have to buy a swim cap to use the pool. I wouldn't come back. 💀

The setting is green and relaxing, and our room was spacious, clean, and had air conditioning, a kitchenette, and an older refrigerator. It worked well for a family, and the hotel is close to some lovely beaches, though you'll need a car. Housekeeping came on most days, but the timing was unpredictable, and we found ants in the apartment. The pool is a good size, with free loungers and parasols. Still, it closes from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM each day, and loud music from 5:00 PM made it harder to enjoy the quiet. The furniture around the pool also feels dated. Breakfast was limited, with little variety, no toaster, and coffee only available if requested. The fresh food wasn't kept especially well. Staff organization needs work, too: reception was slow, and payment was awkward. The city tax had to be paid in cash, and there was confusion over paying for à la carte dinner before checkout because we hadn't been shown a menu or prices. The pleasant grounds and room made the stay acceptable, but management and service need significant improvement. This didn't feel like a 4-star hotel.
