Residence Missipezza

We felt at home here, and had a wonderful holiday. The apartment and residence were equipped with what we needed, from towels, hand towels, blankets and pillows to dishwashing kits, with care given to the details. The staff were genuinely kind, easy to reach by call or message, and ready to help sort out problems themselves. There were always fresh vegetables and typical Apulian produce from the garden grown on the residence grounds, so we never ran out. The surf school and lovely places like Grotta della Poesia, Torre dell'Orso and Otranto were nearby. A very pleasant stay, and one we'd happily repeat.

The studio was spacious, very clean and well kept, with air conditioning, mosquito nets and a lovely terrace. We spent 10 days here with my partner and our 10-month-old baby. The residence is surrounded by greenery and a pine forest, just a few steps from the sea. Francesco and his son gave us a warm welcome and were attentive to what we needed. There was plenty to do in the common areas too, with a barbecue, soccer field, bocce ball court, ping pong table and swings for little ones. It was a fun, relaxing holiday, and Francesco made us feel at home. We'll be back!

A relaxing place for anyone looking for peace and quiet rather than organized entertainment. The rooms are clean, with a bathroom and shower, plus a kitchen stocked with all the dishes. There's a large garden with a barbecue and play area for little ones, as well as ample parking. The wonderful beach is 300 meters away. The owners, Francesco and Ornella, are very kind.

The sea is wonderful, around 900 meters away and reachable on foot, with both free beach areas and sunbeds with umbrellas. Baia dei Turchi and other larger beaches are about a 10-minute drive. Otranto is also close enough to visit in the evening, so this is a good spot for a quiet holiday. The residence is peaceful and suitable for families with children. Our clean studio had a well-equipped kitchenette, though it could use some utensils to avoid damaging the pans. The garden in front of the apartments is attractive and well cared for, and the owner was very kind and always available if anything came up.
