Breakfast was a real highlight: most of the food comes from the garden and farm, and the freshness and flavor came through. There’s a generous buffet as well as several made-to-order dishes. The optional dinner is well worth considering too. The seasonal regional food was authentic and beautifully prepared, with a very fair price and an à la carte menu, so there’s no fixed-menu requirement. Our room at Sarmenti Aggriresort felt new, spotless, and carefully designed, with quality linens, a comfortable bed, elegant natural details, and a stunning bathroom. The staff were the friendliest and most genuinely helpful we’ve met, warm and attentive without hovering. It was an unforgettable stay, with impeccable service, beautiful design, and exceptional food. We’d return without hesitation. 5/5.
