Oro&Mattia's House

The terrace and its big barbecue were a lovely bonus, and nearby supermarkets are only a short drive away. There’s plenty to see around Trapani, with Palermo about 45 minutes away by car. The apartment is set up well for four, with a fully equipped kitchen and lots of appliances for cooking. It was spotless and carefully maintained, and even had laundry detergent, a drying rack, and clothespins. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, and soap were supplied generously for everyone. The host and his son greeted us warmly and showed us around. We had a wonderful week and are very grateful to the host. I’d have liked to add more photos, but Google wouldn’t let me.

Mr. Giuseppe got us sorted in less than half an hour after trouble with another place threatened our trip. He handed over the keys quickly and saved our vacation. The house is spacious and fantastic, with comforts like a washing machine, vacuum, clothesline, and barbecue. It’s especially convenient if you have a car, and the Nubia salt flats are just steps away. We spent a couple of hours there at sunset on a fascinating guided tour, then had an aperitif at the nearby restaurant. Mr. Giuseppe is happy to advise on what to see and where to eat. We were completely satisfied, everything was perfect.

We felt right at home thanks to Giuseppe and his wife, who also gave us great tips on things to do and places to eat. The property was clean, well cared for, and had everything we needed. We even used the barbecue for a delicious meal. It’s peaceful here, but just a short drive from the area’s loveliest beaches, Trapani, medieval Erice, and the salt flats for spectacular sunsets. Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to come back ☺️

Clean, bright, and comfortable, this is a lovely house in a quiet area. It’s also well placed for visiting nearby sights, with Trapani close by. I’d recommend it.
