The apartment was a decent size, and the bathrooms felt welcoming, but there are no balconies, just windows. When my family and I stayed for four nights in August 2023, there was a musty smell, and we had to switch on the air conditioning to make the air feel better. Before we arrived, we called the host, but he didn’t know our last name or how many nights we’d booked. It came across as if he was just passing the buck. The water isn’t drinkable, as in most apartments in the area, though they did leave us a couple of bottles and an excellent lemon granita in the fridge. We also had nasty insects in the kitchen. I know that can happen, but we really didn’t like it. When we asked the host for practical help, not money, he only bought us spray and a cockroach trap. For what we paid, I expected more attention. I wouldn’t return.
