The balcony was a highlight, with views over the pool and lake. We could sit there at sunrise, get some sun, and have breakfast. The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking utensils, even spices. There’s also free parking inside the complex, though entering or leaving means getting out of the car to open the gate manually with a key. The pool is large and beautiful, but in October it was too cold for us to try it. The apartment itself is nice, and that’s about it. It feels dated rather than modern, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, more like an apartment than hotel quality. The bedroom is right by the road, and the traffic noise was awful. Cars went by late into the night and early in the morning, so light sleepers may struggle to sleep. The faucet at the sink barely worked. On our first night we couldn’t get the heating on and were freezing, and the blankets didn’t help. The owner answered us the second night, and then we managed to turn it on. Hot water took a while to come through, and the shower was so small it was hard to move around. It’s also far from all the tourist areas.
