Tourists were charged a different amount from the price shown on the menu, and got a different receipt from locals. Very unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel bar was one of the few places open on New Year’s Day, so I stopped in. It was an okay experience.

We were there for two nights during the May 1st long weekend. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and kind. It felt like a family-run place. I didn’t find any of the things mentioned in the negative reviews.

We had already paid in full for two bookings for 31.12, and luckily I went to the property in person to make sure everything was in order. That’s when we found out they couldn’t locate either reservation among all the paperwork on the desk. The older lady tried to blame us, even though I had confirmation emails showing payment. There was no excuse, only a serious mistake on their part, and they never admitted it. Both the property and the way it’s managed feel completely outdated. I hope they realize it’s time to let competent, professional people take over. Stay away, the whole thing was truly embarrassing.
