Luxury Rooms Padova Station

The location worked perfectly for me, and getting in late was no problem. After booking, I received an email explaining how to get the PIN for the building and room. The hotel office stayed in touch throughout and answered whenever something wasn’t clear.

The room was fine, tucked down an alley beside the station, and the location was great. What bothered us was being asked to pay €5 per bag to leave our luggage after two nights in two rooms. For our four bags, that would have been €20 for less than three hours, which felt like a cash grab and put a damper on our last day. They might want to rethink that policy.

I had to find another hotel after waiting outside for over an hour and making more than ten calls without getting any answer. I was trying to check in during normal hours, but the hotel had sent a message with no valid link for its self-check-in, then blamed me for not completing it in advance. They only got back to me the next day. By then I’d already booked somewhere else, and they refused my request for a full refund. This felt like a trap and a terrible way to treat travelers. Don’t book here.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and check-in was quick. It's right in the center, though the entrance area may not feel very safe for a woman after dark.
