Palazzo Gilberto

The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable, and the staff took care of towel changes right away whenever we asked. Everything was handled quickly and on time. The cleaning team and staff were always available, and the owner was kind and happy to help with any needs. They’d provided herbal tea, regular tea, chamomile, and coffee when we arrived, a small gesture we really appreciated. My family and I stayed for two weeks while they were moving, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The apartment looked just like the website photos, was very clean and modern, and seemed to have been renovated recently. My uncle stayed here too and had a great time. We’d gladly return if we needed to, and I recommend it to everyone.

The owners were very courteous and helpful. The place has been renovated nicely and was clean and comfortable, with good heating. It’s well placed near bars and restaurants, and not far from the city center. There’s a coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, and dishes.

Palazzo Gilberto has spacious, clean rooms that are well equipped. It’s about 10 minutes from the city center and easy to reach by car or public transport.

We found management very good, even though it’s handled remotely. The B&B looks recently renovated and brand new, just like the photos, with bright, spacious interiors and excellent cleanliness. Its location near the historic center is convenient, and most sights are a 15-25 minute walk away. The main issue is the busy street. To keep the noise out, you need to shut the windows, but then the street-facing apartments get hot and stuffy, even in cooler weather, so you end up needing the air conditioning. In Studio 1, the air conditioning wasn’t working. The owners apologized and refunded us a percentage of the fee, but the mattress also wasn’t very comfortable, so our stay wasn’t perfect. Despite those problems, I’d still rate the place well overall.
