Residenza Chiesanuova

The desk staff member was courteous and went out of her way to help. My room was lovely, and the price was good. It’s a quiet spot with easy access to the city centre. I stayed for two nights and everything was just right. Highly recommended.

The shared room has what you need, and the private bathroom was spotless and spacious. The rooms are bright, large, tastefully furnished, and, above all, clean. It’s in a quiet residential area. I’d highly recommend it.

I paid 145 euros for a room and couldn’t get even one night’s sleep in those awful conditions. Someone else’s used sheets were on the bed, dust covered the floors, and the bathroom was dirty. I also found spoiled milk in the coffee shop. I asked to get my money back for at least two nights, but received nothing. Don’t pay before checking the room, since anyone booking a place expects it to be clean and usable. I wouldn’t recommend this residence to anyone. The conditions were horrible, and what can you expect from an old man doing the cleaning? 👎

Mr. Giorgio was courteous, and the place was very clean and heated. It’s in a quiet residential area and the location is excellent. A well-earned five stars, especially for the value.
