Pantorano B&B

Massimo was kind, available, and quick to sort out a small issue, even on a Sunday. We stayed three nights, April 22, 2023, through April 24, 2024, and had a great time. The stone accommodation is spacious and welcoming, with a sitting area featuring a table, chairs, wet bar, and pellet stove. We used the stove twice in the evening to warm up before bed, and it worked well. There's also a bathroom, plus a separate sleeping area with a very comfortable bed and sofas. The place has lots of thoughtful details. It's just a short distance from the highway exit, making it handy in any season. The property sits between Marche and Abruzzo, close to the sea, the Gran Sasso range, and lovely countryside with excellent local Rosso Piceno and Montepulciano d'Abruzzo wineries. Recommended.

On our way south, we stopped here for a break and found everything just right. The owner welcomed us warmly and was very helpful, even offering an excellent craft beer. Our double room was clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped. We also asked to look at the ground-floor apartment, which was beautiful and quaint. I'd recommend the place and its location for a stopover, a stay in the area, or a visit to beautiful Ascoli Piceno.

The town feels quiet and welcoming, with bars and restaurants only steps away. We found the rooms clean and comfortable, and there was air conditioning plus a kitchenette for making breakfast if you wanted. A coffee machine and excellent pods were available free of charge. The owner was helpful and kind, and the property is convenient to the highway exit. I recommend staying here.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but skipping this one would have felt like a mortal sin. The host was exceptionally courteous and helpful, and the rooms were impeccably clean. Everything you'd need in a B&B was ready when we arrived, including a fantastic homemade tart. We'll be back, and I highly recommend it. Compliments for the courtesy and professionalism, well done!
