Please read the other reviews and don't come. The place is run down and horrible, and they wanted to charge 150 euros for a late checkout and 66 euros for a late check-in. Check-in is a long walk away, and they ask for 200 euros without making it clear whether you’ll get it back.

The remote check-in was a stressful nightmare that took far too long, and my room had a faulty towel rail that tripped the circuit breaker. That seems obviously dangerous. The staff were the worst I’ve encountered, and their behavior was disgusting and disgraceful. The lady handling remote check-in charged my friend and me €86 each in tourist tax per room for four nights, or €21.5 each per night. They took the money in cash through a machine and gave us no receipt. Disgusting. I feel ripped off by criminals, and this has ruined our experience and view of Napoli. Do not stay here, and please read the reviews.

The check-in point was 2 km from the actual property, with no clear instructions. Neither Agoda nor the hotel mentioned a €200 deposit for a room costing only €30. If you can’t pay that deposit, they won’t let you stay, even after you’ve paid. The listing was completely misleading, and the total cost comes to over €200 without warning. I do not recommend this place at all. It feels like a tourist scam. I’m asking for a full refund and have already contacted my bank about a chargeb.

The shower was awful and falling apart. The pole came loose when I adjusted the small shower head, and the towel rack pulled out when I took off a towel. The only soap came in little packets. There were two safes in the room, but neither would unlock or work. On the plus side, the AC sort of worked, and there was a towel warmer and a small fridge. The check-in was the worst ever. Reception was in a different building and street, then we had a 20-minute walk to our actual building. They charged 35 euros for early check-in, and they’d booked the wrong room. We only got the room sorted because we found a housekeeper on arrival who confirmed there were three of us. We tipped her generously. She tried to help us call reception, and we called too, but reception didn’t answer about five times and hung up on us another five. Despite the signs asking people to be polite, the receptionists were rude and completely unhelpful. My husband wouldn’t let me leave one star only because there were no bed bugs. The place was cramped and moldy. I really would NOT recommend it.
