Hotel Capo d’Orso Thalasso & Spa

Rosa and Claudio ended up feeling like friends. They gave us places to visit and helped make each day memorable. Georgio made some of the best drinks we've ever had and was always glad to see us for another midday spritz. Everyone working there seemed happy to help. The whole place felt peaceful, from the birds in the morning to harp music drifting through the trees. The views, privacy, setting, food, water, and atmosphere were all perfect for us. We could find a sunny nook, swim in crystal blue water, or go to the world-class spa, so it was hard to imagine having a bad day. Our room was gorgeous, with a lovely water view and a private feel. We couldn't have asked for more.

The staff were the standout, always friendly and attentive, and our room was comfortable and spacious with a sea view and a large veranda. It's a beautiful resort right beside the ocean, with well-kept grounds, several decks overlooking and leading to the water, a private marina where you can rent boats for excursions, and several good restaurants. The location is a long way from Palau, and there aren't enough activities. There's a golf course and tennis court, but both are poorly maintained.

All the restaurants were great for their food, atmosphere, and service, and the resort's beauty is hard to match. The team made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone was so warm and outgoing. Bravo, and thanks to Francesco, Rosa, Claudio, Andrea, Ricardo, Kowal, lifeguard Gianmedi, and everyone else!

We thought about taking a day trip, but stayed on the property and had our best day there, moving between the beaches and solariums. The ocean and beaches are unbelievable, and the property is so large it never felt crowded. There's plenty of food and restaurant choice, and the staff were kind, caring, and excellent from the first welcome. Caterina and Elisa went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The outdoor gym was very cool. I'd also suggest checking out the spa and doing the hike to the lighthouse around the cape. This hidden gem was relaxing and recharging, and the whole stay surpassed what we expected.
