The private beach was calm and quiet, unlike some of the crowded beaches we visited, and the woman who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating. The villa was private, away from the bustle of town, and having a yard for our dog was great. I'd stay again. We were there for four nights, which gave us time to notice a lot of little issues despite some great features: the yard, fully stocked kitchen, separate bedrooms and bathrooms, outdoor shower, and grill, which we didn't get to use. The queen bed felt about 10 years old and sagged in the middle, and the pillows were hard as rocks. The shower in the blue bathroom leaked badly, so we had to mop the floor each time and leave towels out to dry. The couch cover needed replacing. The outdoor washing machine was convenient and we used it almost every night, but it smelled moldy and needed a good cleaning. WiFi was poor, so if you're planning to work here, make sure your computer can connect to your phone's internet. For four people staying four nights, they provided enough toiletries for one person, though there was plenty of toilet paper. We asked for more shampoo and soap, but those aren't kept at the office, so you have to wait until the cleaning lady is around.

We had a great five-day stay after traveling all over Sardinia. The hotel is laid-back and lovely, with private villas and spacious accommodation. It’s in the small but super cute village of Palau, about 30 minutes from Porto Cervo. The washer, separate bathrooms, and other amenities all worked perfectly. Madelina at check-in was really friendly and easy to reach when we had a minor issue. The staff were courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.

The beach is right by the property, with all the facilities there. I spent a few nights here with my kids and had a great time. Everyone was friendly and smiling, from the manager to the maintenance guy.

We loved having such a peaceful beach right on our doorstep. There were six adults and two children in our family, and the staff were brilliant with the kids. The villa had everything we needed, and we all had a lovely stay.

The place was comfortable thanks to the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large terrace, outdoor shower and grill. They also provide beach towels, which was handy. But the advertised luxury is overstated. Our house was small, and although it had amenities, they weren't well maintained. There were bird nets in the roof and bird droppings making a mess, with flies everywhere. Supplies were sparse, down to tiny sachets of salt. The nearby beach is very small, and the area for resort guests sits behind a stone wall rather than directly on the beach. There are nicer beaches about 10 km away. The house needs more attention.
