Dirty rooms and a balcony with a lot of dirt and dangerous pieces left around. It looked like the rooms hadn't been cleaned before we arrived, with used tickets still in the drawers. The photos say enough. In the shared kitchen, we were told we could leave our things, but another guest even took our ice packs. Water was shut off every day from midnight to 6 a.m., and sometimes in the afternoon too, leaving us with no other option. Worst stay ever.

We spent one night in Palazzolo Acreide at b&b Agorà Akrai. It’s right in the center, with convenient parking, and the room was clean and lovely. Quiet and comfortable too. I recommend it, and sig. Vincenzo was very hospitable.
