We chose Borgo del Carato for our September 2025 wedding, and the countryside setting among carab groves made it ideal for both a quiet retreat and the party we wanted. The service was great and we had everything we needed. Breakfast had plenty of choice, while the lunch menu was a little limited, though fine for the couple of days we stayed. We could eat in the courtyard or indoors. The rooms and venue were stunning, and the food was good quality. The in-house catering's pasta party the night before was a big hit with our guests, with excellent food and wine flowing freely. We and our guests had a fantastic stay, and don’t regret choosing Borgo del Carato for the wedding.

The outdoor pool was a highlight between wedding events, a lovely spot to cool off and unwind in the gorgeous surroundings. Our room was very comfortable, with reliable air conditioning for the warm Sicilian days, and the spotless showers were excellent after time in the sun or a night of dancing. The staff were attentive and warm, always checking that guests had what they needed. The wedding feast was generous, with fresh, beautifully presented dishes full of authentic Sicilian flavor from starters through dessert. The estate felt magical, with rustic Sicilian charm and the venue lit up for the celebration. We were in Sicily for a friend’s wedding and left with memories we’ll treasure. Borga del Carato brought together a beautiful setting, good food and thoughtful service.

Our room was a long way from town, and the floor tiles were broken and uncomfortable under bare feet. The shower stall was on the small side. The food was good.
